Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer cancellation

• Cancel at least 1 hour before the booked time: ₹5 refund; ₹5 PehliSeat booking charge is retained.
• Cancel less than 1 hour before the booked time or do not arrive: no refund.

Salon or technical cancellation

• If the salon cancels a confirmed upcoming booking, the full ₹10 refund is automatically initiated.
• For a duplicate charge or verified technical payment failure, the full duplicate or failed amount is refunded.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Cashfree, the bank or the payment network may take additional time to credit it.

Request support

Email salonq.support@gmail.com with the booking code, booking date and reason. Never send your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN or full bank credentials.
